Employment of non-EU nationals

Individual companies make the decision on whether to consider applications from non-EU candidates for a particular job.

New regulations came into force on 29 June 2008. The previous 'International graduates scheme' has now closed but it may be possible for a student  to come to the UK, or to stay here after studying, under the 'Post-study worker' scheme.
